MRS. ELIZABETH NGOZI EBI is a seasoned investment banker of high repute and integrity. She is the first female stockbroker licensed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Mrs. Ebi has an academic foundation in Business / Management Studies with a First Class B.Sc. degree in Business/Health Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from New York University and obtained an MBA (Finance and Investment) from the George Washington University, USA, in 1980. She is a graduate of the International Banking Summer School, Cambridge University, UK and has over the years acquired in-depth and broad knowledge as well as extensive professional experience in finance and investment management in both the Nigerian and US money and capital markets.

Her meritorious career has taken her through reputable organizations like Chase Merchant Bank and a few others.

Mrs. Ebi is an expert in the structuring, documentation, securitization, marketing of capital market issues and asset & liability management. She is also the Special Trustee in Africa to the European Economic Development Council (EEDC).

Madu is a Chartered Accountant and an Akintola Williams award winning accounting graduate who trained to become a Management Consultant with a unique mix of experience and skills spanning over 25 years and covering the areas of Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Ideation, business incubation, Brand Management and Creative Thinking, Financial Advisory and Management, Mergers and Acquisition Advisory, Corporate Transformation and Process Re-engineering, Auditing (Internal & External), Accounting and Financial Control, Budgeting & Budgetary Control, Banking & Treasury Management, System Analysis & Design, Project Management, Knowledge and Information Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Resources Management, Sales Management, Marketing and Relationship Management, etc. Madu started his career in audit and management consulting in 1993, working with the firm of Uba Umeevuruo and Co., Chartered Accountants and thereafter worked with some multinational and indigenously owned large corporations, the last being Grand Products Company Ltd (Owners of Grandsquare Super Mall), where he rose to the level of Deputy General Manager, Finance, before leaving to join the firm of H. Pierson Associates Ltd as a Senior Consultant. At H. Pierson Madu headed several strategic business units at various times, viz: Business Support Group (Financial Control, Admin, Conferencing and HR), Financial and Business Advisory Group as well as Training and Knowledge Management. While heading the Financial Advisory Group, he supervised the merger of several banks during the banking sector consolidation exercise (from preparation, search, initiation, packaging, negotiation, agreement, settlement and consummation) and led several due diligence and valuation assignments for client banks. Madu also led the team of H. Pierson staff that participated in the Nigerian Vision 2020 Financial Sector Strategy and delivered the Blue Print for the SME Sector nationwide. He was also Leader of the team that took Cross River State and its Local Government Councils under the administration of His Excellency, Senator Liyel Imoke, through MDG, SEEDS/LEEDS, Medium Term Sector Strategy (MTSS), Medium Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF) and Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) Strategic Planning Process and Action Plan Development for the planning period of 2009 – 2012. Madu left H. Pierson in December 2010 to go into private practice and therefore founded Kulabech Associates Ltd, which he now runs as the Chief Executive Officer. Madu also work as an Independent Consultant to Deloitte Consulting West Africa, IBFC Alliance and Workforce Management Centre. Madu has attended several on-shore and offshore certification and intern courses. Some of the institutions that trained me include London Business School, Lagos Business School, International Institute of Research (IIR) Dubai, Geometric Progressions South Africa, Development Dimensions International, South Africa, Lagos State University, Babcock Business School, etc. He is a Deloitte/Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Trainer and Talent Manager, a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management, a Certified Credit Analyst by the International Institute of Research (IIR) Dubai, a Certified Management Consultant by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, Zurich Switzerland and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), an MBA in International Business Management Holder and have just concluded the course work for MSc in Finance at Babcock Business School.

Uche Elekwachi is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN). A graduate of Accounting from Babcock University. He is an Associate member of Accounting Technicians of West Africa. Also, he is a holder of CIMA-UK Adv. Dip. MA.

He has served as Management Accountant at Bell-X Limited. He is a managing partner at Maximumvalue Consulting Limited, Engagement Partner at Akanji Samuel & Co. (Chartered Accountant), and an Engagement Partner at vertex professionals.

Egbebi Akeem is an Associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN). A graduate of Accounting from Babcock University. He is an Associate member of Accounting Technicians of West Africa. He had his National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic.

He has served under the Finance Team of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited and Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, the Finance Team of MBC Securities Limited and as the Head of Finance of Summit Healthcare Hospital Limited.

He is an Engagement Partner at Maximumvalue Consulting Limited.
